职位描述：
1. 根据库存物料状态以及销售预测，制定物料计划，确定采购需求；
2. 采购下单及交期跟进
3. 负责合同及发票的催收事宜；负责货款支付申请。
4. 建立完善合格供应商管理档案，进行供应商绩效考核。
5. 参与开发新的供应商。
6. 制定并执行年度供应商优化，采购成本控制计划。
7. 与供应商采购异常、退、换货、补偿事宜的处理，确保我司利益；
8. 完成上级领导临时交待的其他工作。

任职要求:
1. 中专，大专或以上学历，有2年以上电子元器件采购经验；
2. 熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件；
3、 敬业，富有责任感，采购进度的追踪，配合业务部门的工作进度安排订单与跟进；
4. 能服从上级领导的工作安排，有团队合作精神。
5. 接触过生产计划者，有比价与开发供应商经验优先；
