职位描述：
岗位职责：
一、文员方面
1、负责公司的日常行政事务，组织并执行公司的各项规章制度；
2、负责公司低值易耗品、办公用品等方面的采购，使用，管理工作；
3、负责为其他部门提供及时有效的行政后勤服务；
4、负责员工的考勤统计以及外出员工的管理，来访客人的接待工作，文件的收发及管理等；
5、负责协助项目负责人做好项目所以事项；
6、协调公司各部门之间各项工作的实施；
7、完成上级交待的其他工作。
二、出纳方面
1、负责项目日常现金，票据的保管和记录；管理和核对项目的基本账务；
2、每日盘点备用现金，准确及时登记备用金出入明细；
3、负责往来帐、应收、应付款的管理；
4、负责项目银行账户管理，包括开户、销户、网银管理及账户年检等；
5、负责项目日常的员工费用报销，审核原始凭证，保证报销手续及原始单据的准确性；
6、做好与总部财务的对接工作；
7、完成上级的其他事务。
 
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，可接受应届毕业生会计专业；
2、熟练使用各类办公软件；
3、具备良好的文字功底、沟通能力、独立工作能力，善于处理流程性事务、；
4、有较强的责任心，积极乐观，诚实稳重，认真负责，良好的职业操守，考虑问题全面细致，保密意识强、具有良好的团队协作精神
