职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive and improve the order fulfillment by stable/flexible planning mode which includes master scheduling, Weekly/Daily planning, and follow order to meet on time delivery to production.
2. Development of concept and procedures for both the production and inventory control criterions.
3. Support NPI process and integrate interlink with mass production process;
4. Manage the planning system, drive ERP system to ensure the data entered from manufacturing department is accurate and in time;
5. Implement improvement actions to optimise supply chain and logistic costs

Key Requirements:
1. Requires sound Management skills combined with relevant practical Production Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Planning Control experience of 5 years or more.
2. A high level of understanding and ability in the areas of Production Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Inventory Materials control combined with effective Management, communication skills and sound product knowledge.
3. Good communication skills and teamwork player; fluent in English written and spoken.
4. Strong personality such as skills of learning, innovating capabilities and make decision, trouble-shooting skills.
