HOW Do We WORKS

Selected teams relocate to our offices in Shenzhen, China for 111 days, where they’ll finalize prototypes and learn to scale their businesses with the help of our awesome full-time staff and extensive mentor network

Each week, you’ll meet with advisors who will offer feedback on your team’s evolving strategy and prototypes, as well as provide valuable insight about how to scale a company in terms of manufacturing, supply chain management and distribution.

The final 2 weeks of the program will be spent refining your pitch, in preparation for our demo day showcase and launch event in San Francisco. Then it’s time to get some press, meet with investors, and (optionally) kick off a killer crowdfunding campaign!

Open Position:

Distilled EE requirements:
* English speaking
* Experienced in PCB layout in Altium Designer and/or Eagle
* Some exposure to schematic design and electrical principles
* Experienced in assembling and testing PCBs
* Experienced in choosing and sourcing electronic components for the Shenzhen ecosystem
* Willing to perform independent research or ask others questions when tackling new problems.
* Eager to learn more about electronics and get involved in the startup scene
* Independent worker that is capable of taking initiative on projects and finding novel solutions to difficult problems.
* Experience with flexible circuits (or other novel PCB technologies) is a big plus but not strictly necessary.
* Firmware experience is a big plus (NRF52 architecture in particular) but not strictly necessary.

Fluent English is necessary!
