职位描述：
岗位职责
1、管理督导整个客房楼层的日常工作；
2、检查楼层公共区域的卫生、并保持良好的状态；
3、做好辖区内的防火、防盗等安全工作，确保楼层的安全、安静；
4、协助经理处理客人投诉、定期访问宾客，做好物品遗失或损坏的记录；
5、控制房间及其他房门的钥匙、按时做好更换工作；
6、负责每日餐厅人员的工作安排和调配；
7、负责对领班进行工作指导，并落实、检查完成工作的情况；
8、检查所辖员工的仪表仪容和礼貌服务情况，处理客人投诉及反馈员工工作情况；
9、协助客房部经理计划并安排员工业务操作技能和程序及饭店规章制度的培训。

任职资格
1、英语精通；
2、具有1年以上相关职位工作经验；
3、有较强的沟通能力、协调能力和组织能力。
