JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Support Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing. Conduct CV screening, initial phone interview. Sources, qualifies and presents candidates to recruiters.
? Use Job boards, LinkedIn and social networking sites to identify potential candidates.
? Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy for main openings.
? Maintain accurate candidates’ documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, and procedures.
? Gain market intelligence and assesses candidates to gauge talent alignment for a specific role or program area to help build a robust network of top talent.
? Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas thoughts verbally, in written form, timeliness.
? Constantly seeks new, innovative ways to improve the sourcing process.
? Assist with Scheduling & Resume assessment.
KPI:
? Marketing: Uses creative and innovative approaches to effectively market ON Semiconductor as an employer of choice
? Strategy: Knowledge of ON Semiconductor /Department’s structure and ability to provide advice to managers on staffing strategies per the market trend to meet goals aligned with ON Semiconductor/Department’s mission
? Recruitment cycle: Can advise managers and recruiters on outreach activities to draw a diverse pool of candidates
? Sourcing Process: Can independently search the qualified candidate per the market knowledge and networking.
? Employment Decision Process: Understands and can advise managers on tools/resources that aid in fair and consistent practices in determining the most Job Relevance qualified candidate
Qualification
? Bachelor’s degree and with at least 5 years’ experience in recruiting or staffing, employer branding.
? Semiconductor sourcing/research experience preferred.
? Good at using internet networking tools, such as Linked-In, Lie Ping, Wechat etc.
? Excellent communication skills
? Good analytics skill
