职位描述：
Responsibilities and Position Requirements:
? Degree / Tertiary education / Diploma or equivalent
? Min 4 years merchandising / product development experience on bags
? Proficient in supplier management and experience dealing with Europe or US Retailing Stores.
? Excellence and successful price negotiation and problem solving skills.
? Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mails, etc.)
? Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written & spoken).
? Communicate clearly to suppliers, including lead time, capacity allocation, pricing and resource allocation to ensure reliable service, quality and low-cost procurement.
? Coordinate with factories for manufacturing process and ensure on time shipment.
? Product management including product development, product selection, Target Negotiation, placement order, pricing.
? Daily communications with overseas head office, laboratories and vendors, following through all samples, testing, production to shipments
? Ensuring an effective merchandising value chain which produces goods in good quality standard and meet tight delivery
