职位描述：
Optimization of the input of human and technical resources during the shift to get a high productivity
在本班次内优化人员与技术资源以获得高效生产。
Leading and organizing the operators and their work during the shift
管理与组织员工完成当班的工作。
Monitoring the production lots according the process progresses
依照生产进度监督本班次的生产。
Distribution of information to the operators and process engineers, leading foreman
传递相关的信息给员工及工程师和总领班各方。
Provide status documentation for productivity, staff and technical problems
提供生产力；员工；技术方面的书面报告。
Be responsible for all quality / production / discipline / safety /5S work in the team
全面负责班组内的所有质量/产量/纪律/安全/5S等方面的工作。
Coordination of the vacancy planning& Monitoring the wastage of the production resources
生产间隙的协调&控制生产资源的合理使用。
Help the operator in case of production problems
帮助员工解决生产方面的各种问题
Check the data at the production-feedback-terminals (e.g. SAP IQS......)
检查生产反馈系统中的数据（比如SAP IQS系统等）。
Other Job assignment from engineer/line supervisor.完成主管或工程师安排的工作。
岗位要求：
Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
High school diploma or above.高中或以上学历
Type and length of experience required for the position:
More than 3 years’ experience in PCB manufacturing or related industry
3年以上电路板制造业或相关行业从业经验
Further skills and competencies required:
Completion of a technical education
完成相关技术培训
Experiences in leading or training people advantageous
有相关的领导或培训职员经验者优先
Shift Foreman experience is preferred
有翻班领班经验者优先
Good organisation skills
优秀的组织能力
Good Written and oral English advantageous
具有良好的英文读写能力者优先
Good stress management skills.
