职位描述：
1, Perform on-site inspection (Perform DUPRO and final inspection )on request ensure inspection reports are provided in timely manner.
2、Work closely with suppliers, testing institutes and in-house Merchandising and Quality Team members to develop/ improve the manufacturing process.
3、Co-work with QA team to define/ align the quality control plan ( general / specific ) in order to have effective product inspection
4、Communicate regularly to suppliers to build working relationships
5、Regular on-site training to suppliers ensure they acknowledge Egmont / customers / licensor requirement
6、Support each factory on any difficulties / unclear issue no matter product inspection or factory audit
7、work with QE to Carry out regular factory visit to ensure all the corrective actions are in place

任职资格 /Qualifications：：
1、 College Degree, good team player and problem solve orientation ,good at cross Dep. Communication
2、 At least 10 years of quality control experience in E&E product ,such as lighting /household appliance /toys and so on ...
3， deeply understand the industries working process , and familiar to work in factory environment ,
4, Familiar with inspection techniques and related regulatory standards(AQL).
5、 good at toys, E&E or seasonal items ,and with wide kinds product knowledge .
6、 Familiar with European countries' safety requirements .
7, Willing to travel extensively (a must).
8、 Good command of English in written/reading, oral is prefer .
9、 High degree of work ethic, rectitude and integrity.
10、good in MS office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
11、proactive, self-disciplined, detail-minded, honest, responsible and able to work independently.
12, 3rd part company / represented office /Europe company background is prefer.
13, Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
14, Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented.
