General Position Summary:
Supervises planning, master data creation and maintenance and inventory analyst.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; counseling; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Drive the Sales and Operations planning process to develop short, mid to long range operating and demand plans, which drive the demand and capacity planning function.
? Ability to define and rollout world class Sales forecast collaboration processes
? Owns forecast accuracy and on-time inventory availability across multiple warehouses.
? Ability to interact with sales team to drive clarity in customer demand trends. Experience with interacting with large E-Commerce customers like Amazon, Taobao etc. a plus.
? Providing aggregated reporting, trend and gap analysis, benchmarks, external insight and process health checks.
? Drive improvement of performance in key Planning KPIs. Drive improvements to Revenue, EBIT and Cash.
? Manage inventory against targets and analyze changes to inventory month to month.
? Lead the monthly slow moving and aged inventory reduction processes.
? Participate and lead Supply Chain improvement projects
? Supplier Performance Management – responsible for working with operations quality and global sourcing on supplier report cards to ensure that plans of action are developed and implemented for improving poor performing suppliers.
? Explore new technologies and processes, to reduce non-value added procurement and planning activities. Experience launching a forecasting tool a plus
? Responsible for training and career development of employees.

? Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required. Mathematical approach to problem solving
? Expertise with supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, MRP, inventory optimization, logistics – gained through work experience – preferably in a consumer electronics environment
? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand and walk and reach with hands and arms.
? Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration or equivalent from an accredited university. MBA or Masters in Supply Chain preferred.
? A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in forecasting, demand planning or related experience. Prior supply chain role a must.
? Strong English communication skills required
? Must be fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin
