Merchandising Manager-Hardgoods

Job Duties:

1) Communicate effectively with buyers and suppliers on requirements;

2) Assist in the product development cycle,obtaining quotes and samples;

3) Work closely with related parties on product development, sample delivery,production status and delivery schedule;

4) Support managers in finding new business opportunities such as new products and suppliers;

5) Coordinate among design team, quality control team and factories to ensure quality and deadline are met with corporate standard;

6) Prepare product related documents and reports;

7) Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

1) Degree holder;

2) Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in hardgoods,preferable in buying offices and trading industry;

3) Solution orientated,initiative,independent and strong at tracking & meeting deadlines;

4) Excellent communication & negotiation skills,ability to work under pressure with foreign customers and offshore vendors;

5) Travel is required;

6) Less experiences will be considered for the position of Assistant Merchandising Manager.
