因公司发展需要成立视力保健分公司，需要增加店面技护理技师及店长销售人才，有专业培训，上班前要到 珠海总店培训2周左右，上班地点在罗湖地区

1、 有相关视力保健 理疗工作优先，
2、 对客户的需求进行分析，及时对项目作出调整建议。
3、 及时处理客户投诉、抱怨。
4、 对满意度低的客户及时预警，采取措施，并反馈给店长。
5、 处理客人退款并跟进退款进度。
6、 收集当日出现的问题，并于早会或夕会提出解决或谈论。
7、 新员工培训
7.1实操手法培训；
7.2专业理论知识培训；
7.3销售话术培训；
7.4客户接待流程培训；
7.5产品内容及产品功效培训。
8、 协助调理师完成业绩任务。
9、 不定期抽查调理师手法、销售技巧；监督调理师为客户服务的时间。
10、老客户效果跟踪及回访。
11、监督调理师约客到店。
12、协助店长日常管理。
教育背景：市场营销、工商管理等相关专业，中专以上学历。
