You will apply your product knowledge of LMI sensor and networking products to support validation and post-sales activities at a technical level. The successful candidate will have a proven ability for developing excellent customer relationships while supporting successful use of LMI products to ensure sales development plans are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:
As a Support Technologist it will be your responsibility to work closely with our customers to resolve any technical issues they may encounter as well as interact with other members of the sales team to support sales activities. Through such activities as application testing through to troubleshooting complex support issues you will be in contact with a diverse customer base to ensure they receive answers in a timely manner. Beyond providing technical support you will also be required to perform a wide variety of tasks to help achieve the growth initiatives of the sales team. These tasks include:

● Provide customer support for all LMI products. Technical support will primarily be provided remotely but at times on site assistance will be required

● Perform testing and evaluation of our sensors on an ongoing basis to ensure they meet our specifications

● Technologists degree/diploma or equivalent work experience in the field of machine vision technology
