Kinara International Limited is a long established international firm that is focused on the international trade market.
We are currently seeking the highest caliber personnel for the position outlined below:

Role requirements 职位要求:
Some or any working experience in buying / trading office. 有采购/外贸公司的经验。
Experience in accounting, client payments and factory payments. 有在会计，有与客户和工厂付款的经验。
Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other necessary programs including accounting.熟悉Word, Excel, PowerPoint和会计方面的电脑软件。
Ability to manage a high & diverse workload and to meet deadlines. 能够承受高压的工作环境。
Ability to work independently with buyers & overseas / local suppliers. 能够独立沟通海外和内地采购商。
Travel requirements may be up to 40% depending on customer requirements. 出差率约40%,或者根据客户要求。
Very rich product knowledge with sourcing & negotiating experiences.丰富的采购与谈判经验。
Fluent in spoken & written English. 熟悉的英文书写能力与口语。

Responsibilities职责:
Oversee the merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction. 跟进货物进程以确保客户满意。
Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities. 开发新客户，加强维护老客户。
Collect market information, organize and forward relating samples to purchase department for development. 搜集市场信息，寻找相关样品供采购部开发。
Follow up orders and trace payment with customers. 跟进订单和付款情况。
Travel and visit factories and suppliers independently or with overseas buyers for negotiation and/or inspection of merchandise. 独自出差或参观工厂，或者陪同采购商议价和质检。
Perform and complete independently other duties as assigned by supervisor. 独立完成经理委派的其他任务。

Qualifications职业资格:
Degree or similar with major in international trade or relevant subjects. 本科或与国际贸易相关的专业
2+ years experience in merchandising/international trade.至少2年以上的跟单/国际贸易经验
Ability to handle foreign trade process independently.能够独立处理外贸事宜。
Customer orientation, excellent price negotiation and communication skills. 优秀的客户服务质量，谈判能力和沟通能力。
