Experience in accounting, client payments and factory payments. 有在会计，有与客户和工厂付款的经验。
Recording and following up on daily financial transactions.跟进日常的资金交易。
Ability to efficiently operate accounting software.熟练会计软件。
Working experience in buying / trading office. 在采购/贸易公司就职过。
Ability to manage a high & diverse workload to meet deadlines. 能够承受高压的工作环境。
Fluent in spoken & written English.熟练的英语书写和口语能力。

Responsibilities职责：
Provide assistance with consolidated financial statements, forecasts and plans.合并与计划公司财务报表。
Prepare monthly reconciliation of related general ledger accounts.提供月账目核对表，以核对总账。
Prepare monthly financial reports including balance sheet and income statements.需要做月财务报告，关于公司余额和收益阐述。
Enter and update daily Account Receivable and Accounts Payable and maintain ledger 每日进行账户的应收账管理与应付款管理，维持总账。
On going monitoring and reporting on financial performance. 监管公司财务状况，撰写财务报告。
Identify, investigate, analyze and report on account variances. 分析账户的金额差异。
Perform general accounting functions as required. 根据要求进行总账管理。
Perform and complete independently other duties as assigned by supervisor. 独立处理上级委派的任务。

Qualifications职业资格:
Degree in accounting and/or finance. 会计/金融专业学位
2+ years accounting experience. 至少2年的会计经验
Fundamental understanding of internal financial processes, monthly closing and year-end closing. 对公司内部的财务操作流程非常熟悉，协助月度与年度结算。
Fundamental understanding of monthly revenue and expense accruals. 了解每月的营业额和报销账单。
