Responsibilities:
In charge of a part of major supply chain management activities between suppliers that China ODM fulfilment is assigned to and Sound United business. These suppliers are major strategic business partners of Sound United Global.
Coordinates the supply chain by working with Procurement team, Quality Assurance team, Logistics team and Central ODM fulfilment & Logistics (Located in Japan) to accomplish excellence of global Sound United supply chain performance.
Responsible for good quality controlled FG (Finish goods) delivery to the global market through Sound United sales organization & facilitate suppliers to improve `On-time delivery performance` & contribute to Sound United sales performance.
In order to achieve Sound United on time delivery performance to customers, will have to catch and share suppliers problems timely & solve production related issues in the supply chain process.
Job Duties
Purchase order:
Issue P/O for all demands from sales regions including China inland business to suppliers, in charge of & control operation with other Global demands. Central ODM fulfilment & Logistics will take care of P/O creation to suppliers for global requirements.
Managing production and suppliers:
In order to satisfy demands of sales regions, control the available date for the shipment and keep eyes on the progress of production activities in suppliers.
Shipment order:
Based on production schedule, manages suppliers, re-confirm supplier cargo ready date/QTY through the system & take care of day-to-day delivery with suppliers.
Information Sharing:
Depend on Monthly PSI & Operation plan, working as a member of Central ODM fulfilment & Logistics, and reports to Central ODM fulfilment team manager of Central ODM fulfilment & Logistics through China ODM fulfilment manager periodically.
Problem Finding:
Identifies any issues regarding supply chain and/or production with view of QCD and simultaneously note it to China ODM fulfilment manager and related teams in Sound United to solve it as necessary.
Problem Solving:
Advises and counsels in resolving disagreements of ODM venders including to conduct investigations and dispute resolution.
Partnership:
Acts as a representative of Sound United group, provides correct and timely information to the right person of ODM venders to hold and improve trustful relationship between ODM venders and Sound United group.
SCM process:
Sets up and administers the valuable infrastructure of supply chain in Shenzhen, and maintains communication network and operation process to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Work:
All the above duties are performed in consultation with appropriate supervision by Direct Manager and SCM team members as well as the SCM Managers who are located in Japan. And are conducted with productive discussion with multiple functions such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Operation, FA, Legal, IT and HR.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required in Business or Industrial Engineering.
At least five years of progressive SCM experience.
Extensive knowledge of Business Strategy, SCM, Procurement, Engineering, Production and Logistics.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Business level English
Ability to handle order management information and analyses production planning data
Act as a mediator/problem solver when differences arise
Professionally conduct sensitive and tough negotiation with ODM venders to reach at the conclusion which must develop Win-Win relationship
Strong written, verbal and presentation communications skills
Proficiency in all MS Office applications—Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Better to have Audio / Video related manufacturing operation planning experience, or any electronics basis supply chain control or management experience, or business operation / finance / logistics at least sea freight knowledge.
