职位描述
1、根据月子餐单制作适合产妇的月子餐
2、提出合理化的配餐建议
3、执行经理下达的各项工作任务和工作指示；
4、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任
5、督导对食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或分量，合理地控制食品成本
任职资格：
1、刀工基础好，有1年以上中餐厨师工作经验；
2、做事细心、认证负责、有匠心精神；
3、持续不断的学习能力和创新能力；
4、阳光健康，热情友好，有礼貌、爱干净；
5、具有强烈的责任心，勇于开拓和创新，作风干练；
6、拥有较强的烹饪技术，了解和熟悉食品材料的产地、规格、质量、一般进货价；
7、对成本控制管理、食品营养学、厨房的设备知识拥有相当的基础；
8、有月子会所厨师工作经验、懂营养学者优先录取
