工作职责描述：
1.及时、准确接听/转接电话，如需要，记录留言并及时转达；
2.接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员；
3.员工通讯录的更新和管理工作
4.收发公司快递、报刊、和物品，并做好登记管理以及转递工作；
5.负责办公用品与办公设备的购买、维护和公共区域整洁管理；
6. 员工就餐管理
7. 公司班车使用管理
8. 所在产业区/物业相关沟通工作
9. 协助人事领导相关工作（例如：负责员工考勤，请假登记和外出登记，制作每月考勤统计表等）
10. 完成各类行政表单（例如：快递登记表，员工出差汇总，机票费用汇总等）
11. 能积极完成领导临时安排的工作。

资历技能要求：
1.中专及以上学历；应届毕业生优先
2.相貌端正，气质佳
3.工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
4.熟练使用相关办公软件。
