职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Drive company’s warehousing /distribution network development and implement strategies to cope with WMS/3PL business growth.
? Lead and drive WMS/3PL team to achieve best WMS service delivery quality and customer support & ensure smooth operation and business processes in accordance with customers' requirements.
? Develop strategies and execute to increase the usage of renting of warehouse.
? Plan and control; resources and budget allocation for projects; support and give advice to teams on handling RFI, RFQ, and RFP.
? Evaluate solution proposal & propose pricing to support Business Teams’ sales & BD activities.
? Drive continuous WMS service enhancement & development to maintain competitive edge and market leading position.
? Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
 Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
? At least 10 years of relevant experience in SCM/ Logistics industry, of which at least 3 years in management position.
? Strong leadership and team building skills.
? Global WMS solutions design, development and implementation experience.
? Well organized, analytical and detail minded with strong business acumen.
? Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
? Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
? Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Director, Logistics / Warehouse Management.
