职位描述：
1、协助业务处理客户订单，包括制作：生产单资料、装箱资料等，全程跟进客户定单的执行并及时反馈进度和状况
2、安排货物订舱，提货，进仓，报关，提单，货物跟踪并熟悉相关文件单证工作
3、收集各种运输单据包括提单，关单，及时了解最新船舶动态并通知业务员；及时处理运输过程中的突发事件
4、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜
5、各种相关单据及船运信息按照业务要求登记，管理，备案
6、单证及文件的整理及归档等
7、 作为外贸业务岗位储备人员

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易类相关专业；
2、1年以上船务相关领域工作经验，有国际跨境电商等船务操作经验者优先；
3、熟练处理进出口货订单、货运操作流程，具备货运文件及有实际操作技能；
4、熟悉海关及外汇等国家法规政策，并按规定严格操作；
5、英语4级以上，能熟练运用英语进行Email沟通，熟练操作Office办公软件系统；
6、性格稳重，工作细致，具有良好的沟通能力及很强的服务及团队意识。
