职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Excellent understanding of the electrical and mechanical features of Company’s product;
- Familiarity with active, passive, electro-mech products;
- Help customer fix problem in their application design;
- Communicate with sales team to support customers;
- Provide customer feedback to principals & suppliers;
- Design, debug and support evaluation boards used by customers to evaluate Company’s products;
- Travels to supplier/customer’s locations worldwide as required;
- Supports sales team in technical product presentation and demonstrations;
- Handles suppliers/customer technical issue ;



Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE and equivalent field;
- Experience in supplier/customer support in the field of electronics;
- Possess strong communications, negotiation skills, sharp and fast learner;
- Possess a high level of initiative which requires minimum supervision;
- Possess positive attitude towards work and people;
- Willing to work on fast-phased environment
Willing to travel
