职位描述：
Position: Warehouse Inbound Operator

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties including, but not restricted to:
-Warehouse receiving: monitor the goods status and check the received goods quantity if match vendor’s data & follow SOP and put the goods on correct location.
-Inbound Coordinator: Coordinate inbound cargo by communicating with venders and clients. Closely working with office to ensure data integrity and process smoothing. In-Time oriented.
-Assistance the warehouse supervisor to deal with the urgent issue.
-Could voice out the reasonable suggestion for warehouse daily improvement based on actual working situation.
-Others based on individual requirement.

Skills & Educational Requirements
-Know well the warehouse in/ out procedure , warehouse regulation daily running.
-Ability to communicate effectively and think ahead for problem solving.
-Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
-The candidate has strong sense of data and statistics.
-Be careful, diligent and well organized & endure hardship,
-Could withstand the working overtime
-Strong sense of teamwork and job responsibility.

Inter Relationships: Good contact with all personnel within the company and with vendors

Working conditions
Working place:
53 Linhai Road, Qinhaiwan Free Trade Port Area
Nanshan District, Shenzhen PRC

Working time : from 9:00AM to 5:30PM (Mon to Fri) & from 9:00AM to 12:00 Noon ( Sat)
(Noon break time: 12:00-13:30)

Needed Attributes:Willing to learn, Hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
