Responsibilities:
? Responsible for global logistics arrangement of products
? Maintain and update the warehouse management system
? Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties for shipment to different regions of the group and external customers
? Ensure on-time delivery with high efficiency of shipment
? Ensure proper preparation of import & export shipping documentation
? Keep records of all inventory transactions with high accuracy
? Handle other ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
? Certificate or Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant disciplines
? 4 years or more experience in warehouse & logistics operations
? Have hands-on experience in preparing full-set shipping document
? Well-versed in customs rules and regulations
? Mature, independent, and detail-oriented
? Good command in Excel & MS Office operation
? Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
