职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities:
- quality control inspection of electronics components using microscope and test instruments
- implementation of ISO9001 policy on a logistics center setting
- implementation of JEDEC, EIA and IPC standards in handling, packing and shipping of sensitive electronics products
- investigation and analysis of products traceability from manufacturers
- generate technical procedures and reports such as failure analisys, 8D corrective actions, material discrepancy, RMA, etc.
- collaborate with customers and suppliers on quality and technical issues
- documentation of inspection procedures and external issues


Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or other related
- at least 3 years experience in fast-paced lean manufacturing environment as quality control
- advanced knowledge of different types of electronics components
- knowledge of semiconductor requirements as per industry standards such as JEDEC, IPC, EIA, etc…
- understanding of ESD, FMEA, DOE, F/A, 5S, 8D CAR, ISO9001, SPC, RMA, etc.
- can interface with different levels of teams in an organization as well as with external clients and principals
- excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
