职位描述：
岗位职责
1、客户电话与网络的销售服务与客户拜访、初级销售；
2、收集客户有关信息和需求，不断开发新客户；
3、建立客户资料及档案，完成相关销售报表；
4、及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，维护客户关系；
5、相关市场讯息的挖掘与整理收集；
6、其它主管交办事项。

任职资格
1、文秘或管理类相关中专以上学历；
2、从事二年以上企业文员工作经验；
3、熟悉办公室行政管理知识；熟悉办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强；
5、有较强的沟通协调能力，有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及服务创新精神。
