职位描述：
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

1.Supplier Quality performance management, take supplier system/process audit.
2.Create inspection protocol including test method, quality and inspection checklist. Organize outgoing quality inspection at earlier production or when needed.
3.Be the technical focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance.
4.Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements;
5.Conduct key SQE initiatives to ensure compliance, such like FAI, Quality Surveillance, and Capacity assessment, process audits follow-up, etc.
6.Drive continuously improvement of supplier’s quality performance through six sigma or other quality activities (CAPA, OBA, ORT…) to meet business quality target.
7. Aid in NPD to meet project target on cost, quality, OTD with a high level of quality.
8. Work closely with cross functional team for new supplier or sub-tiers introduction.
9. Drive improvements by reducing supplier’s line defects, field returns and warranty costs using root cause analysis, statistical analysis and corrective action programs
10. Interface with value streams to solve quality problems, work with team for regular process, products, system and compliance audits.
11.Deal with Customer quality complaint and provide 8D reports.
12.Recommends or implements the appropriate corrective action to quality issues in the assigned area, co-work with engineering, purchasing, etc.
13.Take the extra jobs assigned by direct manager with business movement.

III. REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality , have working experience in Lighting, EMS, or motor industry (or comparable, within manufacturing environment.) will be preferred.
3.Hands on experience in factory quality audit, handling quality meeting, NPI quality.
4.Hands on and possess analytical and trouble shooting skills
5.Good written and verbal communication skill of English and Mandarin.
6.Ability to multi-task, be flexible on work, work under pressure and independently. ? Good computer literacy with word and excel plus presentation.
7.Sound knowledge of QS, e.g. ISO9001 and quality improvement tools, e.g. SPC, FMEA, DOE.
8. Willing to frequent travel independently within & outside the city.
9. Good organization and coordination skills, have high senses of urgency, responsibility and teamwork spirit.
