职位描述：
The Field Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing customer technical support to the OEM manufacturers and power supply manufacturers throughout Northern China. This individual should be able to provide PI solution with design report and/or proto board to the customer. The FAE will work in close coordination China Sales and Distributors/Representatives and interface with PI’s Application Engineering in San Jose, CA. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
 
Responsibilities
1.Technical support to customers, including field trouble shooting activities
2. Analysis of technical issues presented by customers and offering solutions
3.Technical advice to customers on application of products
4.Support sales team in visiting customers and offering technical training
5.Collect, update and analyze market intelligence of competitors and their products
6.Development and translation of technical materials
7.Main communication window with customers.
Competencies
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2.Excellent customer service skills; ability to respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
3.Detail-oriented and analytical with a passion for customer satisfaction
4.Capability to work in an international environment
Requirements
5. BS/MS Electrical Engineering or equivalent
6. 5+ years’ experience in switch mode power supply design
7.Proficiency in application of power converter and familiarity with basic principles of VFD, UPS, wind power converter, and PV inverter
8.Experience in application of IGBT modules; familiarity with basic principles of IGBT driver 举报 分享
