FQE China - Shenzhen (f/m)

To support our continuing growth, we are looking for people with ideas, people who want to make a difference and are focused on being the best. We are looking to hire a FQE China (f/m) to be located in Shenzhen.

Job Summary:
As part of our successful team in Shenzhen this includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
? Responsible to monitor the overall performance of our RMA system
? Acts as key interface for all quality related questions
? Acts as the key interface for all customer complaints
? Works closely with the Product Reliability team in Texas, the Philippines and Austria regarding the qualification of new devices, new packages, change in materials and process flows
? Provides Quality Engineering support and work with ams internal organization to resolve quality issues at customer site and improve product quality in the field
? Initiates and recommends corrective action on the basis of technical analysis
? Follows up corrective and improvement actions as well as closure of 8D Reports (CCARS)
? Prepares and attend to Customer Audits and drives continuous improvement programs

Requirements:
? Degree or Diploma Engineering in Electronic Engineering, physics or material sciences
? Experience as quality, product or process engineer in semiconductor industry
? Excellent problem solving(must be familiar with the problem solving techniques being utilized in the Semi-con industry such as 8D, FMEA, 5WHY and etc.)
? Good technology/packing knowhow & Quality Management Knowhow (VDA 6.3/ISO TS16949 Quality Standards)
? Quality Management Knowhow (VDA 6.3/ISO TS16949 Quality Standards)
? Experienced in performing quality audits
? Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
