This position is to provide merchandise sourcing, project management, product development and manage suppliers for serving Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for self-motivated talents to be able to quickly learn on new product categories and taking responsibility to communicate with our US colleagues in daily written and spoken English.

This position is to provide merchandise sourcing, project management, product development and manage suppliers for serving Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for self-motivated talents to be able to quickly learn on new product categories and taking responsibility to communicate with our US colleagues in daily written and spoken English.
- Source product categories with new innovations in electronic, metal, plastic, wood, packaging, cut & sew. Flexible for different product categories.
- Translate conceptional product design idea into executable product development with team.
- Communicate with suppliers on requirements and expectations clearly and efficiently. Negotiation is required for best solutions.
- Trouble shooting on product design & development, manufacturing process, and be able to provide solutions and alternative options.
- Monitor project status and report to US and China managers to meet deadline.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years working experience in relative roles in the industry. Talented fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into dynamic environment.
- With strong analytical capability with creative problem solving skills.
