职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and follow-up supplier development activities according to standard methodology
• Participate and provide support to supplier assessment and selection process
• Lead and drive overall improvement projects in our supplier's factories with a focus on improved performance and quality, lower costs and lead-time reduction
• Ensure adherence to improvement project budgets and minimize operating costs and overheads
• Ensure and track down implementation of KAIZENs and suggestions leading to productivity improvements and cost savings
• Lead and optimize on supplier development procedures, processes and work instructions
• Make use of a Lean Tool Box to deploy this approach to identified strategic suppliers (5S,value stream mapping, inventory reduction, Kaizen, people productivity, equipment availability & Single Minute Exchange of Dyes (SMED) etc.)

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Engineering or related
• 5 years or above experience in manufacturing, production with experience in implementing Lean principles
• Certified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt
• Strong technical expertise from sanitaryware, outdoor furniture
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
