职位描述：
General Description
Responsible for design process and standard, design all the projects’ Android/IOS/IPDA/PHONE products, Participate in the overall framework design and development of network streaming media system.

KEY RESULTS AREAS
(1) Proficient in C/C + +, at least 5 years of C + + experience, at least 3 years of experience in media development;
(2) Proficient in audio and video codec technology, proficient in h.264 / h. 265 video coding and decoding algorithm and implementation, to understand the mainstream audio encoding and decoding algorithm of AAC, rich in ffmpeg/x264 second development experience;
(3) Be familiar with MP3 / MP4 / FLV and other common audio and video packaging formats;
(4) Proficient in common streaming media transmission protocols such as RTSP/RTMP/HLS, and have relevant experience based on ngnix-trmp-module development;
(5) Responsible for design process and standard;
(6) Be familiar with common network communication protocols such as HTTP/SOCKET;
(7) Be familiar with common scripting programming such as shell/Python.
主要职务
(1) 精通C/C++，至少5年C++实际开发经验，其中至少3年流媒体开发经验;
(2) 精通音视频编解码技术，精通H.264/H.265视频编解码算法及实现，了解AAC等主流音频编解码算法，有丰富的基于ffmpeg/x264二次开发经验;
(3) 熟悉MP3/MP4/FLV以及其他常见的音视频封装格式;

(5) 负责设计流程和标准;

任职资格：
1、大专或本科以上学历；
2、英语水平：一般的英文书写能力，能读、写最简单的英文邮件，我们老板是外国人，要求能用简单的英文沟通。
3、具有较强的工作责任心、细心，耐心，团队合作精神和独立处事能力。

公司实行五天八小时工作制，工作时间：周一到周五9:00-18:00；午休12:00-13:00。
