职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for staff on board, resignation and transferring whole process handling;
2. Staff file documentation and maintenance;
3. Staff information input/update in company system and properly pass to related parties;
4. Support Expats work permit/visa; local staff Beijing working residence permit application and renew; responsible for company HR certificate annual renew and company staff HR certificate application;
5. Other assigned tasks from manager.

Requirements;
1. Bachelor's degree;
2. At least 3 years of Human Resource working experience;
3. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and open minded
4. Good communication skills
5. Good English in writing and reading
