职位描述：
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Perform process audits, product tests and inspections, record and report results, and accept or reject products in accordance with related document, guide inspectors with strong technical assistance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Audit production processes to discover any nonconformity in accordance with written instructions; record and report results, along with any recommendations for improvement, as directed by quality engineer.
? Perform tests and inspections on pre-Pilot, Pilot and production products in accordance with prescribed sampling plan; record and report results, along with any recommendations for improvements, as directed by quality engineer.
? Accept or reject products in accordance with related procedure.
? Perform Consumer tests according to Operation Manual and own knowledge / experiences.
? Provide technical guidance to quality inspectors and assist them get promotion.
? Trace main quality issues to avoid reoccurrence.
? Assist quality engineer to find the root cause and validate the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
? Liaise with outside ORT Lab for samples test arrangement and follow up the timeline and post-testing.
? Monitor CM CARs corrective action implementation status.
? Be willing to accept the business travels in Pearl River Delta, Yangzi River and north of China, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc..

SPECIFI CATIONS:
? Secondary education or above.
? At least 4 years experiences in mechanical inspection and electrical testing of electronic products; preferable on mechanical and fabric products;
? Skilled in use of inspection gauges/tools and sampling plans.
? Skilled in audit, experienced with ISO-9000 is preferable.
? Comprehension with RSC related procedures, especially for quality procedures.
? Skilled in writing quality reports, using Excel or other common reporting tools.
? Skilled in reading and writing in English.
