职位描述：
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
? Proven experience in developing Home appliance products or comparable Products. (Preferably Home appliance)
? Conception and development of sheet metal and plastic solid metal parts and appliances.
? Experience in basic Product approval testing for Home appliance (Refrigerator). Strong Home appliance knowledge
? Work closely with Global Consumer design and marketing on product innovation and new design of product features(structure).
? Discuss with OEM supplier on feasibility of executing design and liaise with Global Consumer design to ensure the design for manufacturability and quality;
? Plan, co-ordinate & help to execute the product design as per the requirements received from Industrial design;
? Check and help OEM supplier to do basic tolerance stack up for the parts and subassemblies. Identify and communicate critical characteristics; Expertise in Tolerance stack up (2D &3D).
? Plan, co-ordinate to execute performance / safety / Reliability tests on products, subsystems, and components to evaluate and approve new product designs;
? Product/platform evaluation, and identify technical abnormalities, ensure that problems are identified and eliminated as early as possible in development programs, Summarize and communicate the results of tests;
? Work daily with PM and Design Engineers for details and progress communication on product approval;
? Participate in creating, reviewing, and upgrading cost and quality of existing products based on data from the field;
? Participation in meetings and exchange of information through written and verbal communications means are required.
? Support structure project on any tooling, engineering and quality issues etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position needs to work in Dongguan office.
Frequent business trips are required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree in majors related with Mechanical Engineering;
? 7years working experience(min), at least 3 years working experience on product structure design, project management working experience and home appliance industry is preferred;
? Master different drawing software, like Auto-CAD, Pro/E, UG, etc. Min.2 years of experience in 2D Drawing creation
? Familiar with tooling design and development, manufacturing process (Injection, extrusion, stamping, die casting, etc.) and surface treatment process (anodizing, powder coating, electroplating, etc.) is essential;
? Good knowledge on GB, EMI/EMC, IEC, UL, and related home appliance industry standards;
? Good knowledge on Six Sigma (FMEA, SPC, MSE, COV, DOE, etc.) is preferred;
? Good ability of reading and writing in English. Fluent English speaking is perfect.
? Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization and culture.
? Self-motivated, flexible, hard worker, a team player. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 举报 分享
