职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management - Responsible for project scheduling and engineering development from concept stages throughout product development to production.
2. Design product to achieve cost target, safety, function and manufacturability.
3. Responsible for engineering support from concept stages throughout development stage to production (prototype, safety review, engineering testing, specification writing)
4. Supplier Sourcing, provide competitive costs and cost reduction alternative.
5. Monitor project timeline, Identify and manage risk to project delivery – on-time delivery, cost and quality.
6. Coordinate and work with other functional members and the suppliers to develop and execute the solution or contingency plan to manage any project risk.

Requirements:
1. Education – University or College education in Engineering or Science Disciplines
2. At least 3 years’ working relevant experience in engineering and project management
a. Merit for having experience and knowledge of toys and retail products
3. Project management skills
a. Familiar to manufacturing process and project management flow
b. Capable of project planning, managing milestones / critical path, status update, risk assessment of on-time completion of project.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
a. Able to communicate effectively with internally and externally parties.
b. Capable to collaborate, liaise with other functional teams and suppliers to achieve project deliverables (cost, quality and delivery).
5. Job related skills
a. Hand on experience in project timeline development – toys or retail products
b. Solid experience in product design, product pricing and prototype development
c. Good in office computing, understand CAD/CAM system and can use AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer and/or Solid Works
d. Experience in 3D modelling would be a plus
