DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责：

1. 项目的产能的规划和协调，满足客户的订单需求Project capacity plan and coordination to support customer demand needs.

2. 项目总体人力的计划和执行Project DL headcount plan and execution

3. 项目LAYOUT合理设计及LAYOUT中长期规划evaluate respect project layout design and long term layout plan

4. 人力效率，设备和面积利用率的监控Monitoring site labor efficiency, equipment efficiency and space utilization

5. 各CFT产品的报价与实际成本审核,新产品的报价evaluate with CFT product quotation cost vs actual cost, new products quotation.

6. 协同CFT提高制造效率，降低人力成本，优化面积，提高设备利用率等等的制造成本，减少制造过程中的各种浪费。Coordinate CFT improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce labor cost, optimize the space, improve equipment LU

7. 项目 IE KPI制定并定期跟进，协助和达到标准establish the project IE team KPI, regular review with team and support them to achievement targets

8. 与身作责的领导和管理团队，人才阶梯的培养和发展，对相应人员制定技能提升计划及提供培训和指导Demonstrate the leader ship and manage team, talent retention development and establish improvement plan for induvial person, give team guidance or training.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate or above degree, prefer candidate who major in Industry engineering 大专或以上学历，优先考虑

2. Prefer candidates who is familiar with basic English, able oral English communication with others 优先考虑候选人熟练工作中的基本英语，能够用英语进行有效的口语沟通

3. At lease 3 years' experience in industry engineering in OEM, EMS至少三年或以上在工业工程的相关经验
