1.负责带领团队并合理分工完成整体的布局、设计、改版、更新、维护；

1.负责带领团队并合理分工完成整体的布局、设计、改版、更新、维护；
2.完成广告图片的设计及美化、活动广告和相关图片的设计；
3.带领团队根据产品的营销目的，制定产品的展示图片；
4.对现有产品的视觉设计提出改善方案，持续优化产品的视觉呈现方式；
5.对新产品的创新和制作、设计，定制产品展示图。
岗位要求：
1.美术、平面设计专业历；
2.三年以上平面设计管理工作经验、英语流利；
3.精通PS、AI、Dreamweaver等平面设计软件；
4.有扎实的美术功底，良好的创意思维和视觉审美能力；
5.有两年以上的团队管理经验，善于与人沟通，有创新精神；
6.有一定的产品摄影、专业产品包装设计经验者优先；
7.本科以上学历、有海外教育经验或工作经验者优先。
