DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
* Implement and support client & desktop team defined procedures, standards and technologies on global/regional/site level.
* Help in maintaining our client hardware refresh / upgrade and Windows systems are up to date.
* Monitor and force defined client security policies, include Anti-virus / WSUS updates.
* Work on troubleshooting to solve problems coming from client infrastructure (Computers Hardware/Computer Network /Barcode Printers/Scanners relatedness and Windows System) for site Office and production.
* Work on new IT hardware installation and assignment to support user requests, and hardware inventory data maintenance to make sure they are update.
* Propose and implement enhancements that will improve the usability, performance and reliability of the client hardware environment.
* Prepare standard operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the Flex client infrastructure and implement
* Adherence to service level agreements agreed with the business. Ensure timely hardware client service support for internal and external customers.
* Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements of IT operations support.

2. 协助并进行IT硬件设备的升级、更换、维护、维修等工作
3. 根据内部客户需求进行IT设备应用协助

工作要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 3年或以上IT技术支持工作经验，精通IT硬件维护保养知识
3. 基本的英文读写
4. 可以接受偶尔夜间值班

Job Requirement:
1. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
2. Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
3. Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of IT hardware/network standards, policies and procedures. Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
4. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
5. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills are mandatory.
6. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
7. Normally receives instructions on routine work but can work independently. Identifies own development needs and works toward them.
8. Good communication skills, team work and end user service mindset.
