职位描述：
Responsibility/职责:
- Interprets customer requirements to mechanical engineering Spec
- 将客户需求转换为工程规格
- Provides total mechanical design solution, validation plan and execution in production.
- 提供整体机械解决方案，验证计划以及协助生产实施
- Quick solution to meet customized requests.
- 根据客户需求快速响应
- Cooperate with cross function engineers to complete the project development phase within schedule and cost constraints.
- 与其他跨职能团队合作共同开发，满足成本约束的前提下，按时完成项目。
- Implement cost down plan and achieves cost down target.
- 实施降成本计划并完成降成本的
Requirement/要求：
Education &Experience /教育背景及经历
- Bachelor or above with at least 5 years’ experience in mechanical design activities.
- 本科以上学历，五年以上机械工程相关经验
Specific knowledge/Skill技能
- English: CET 4 or above. Proficient in written English, capable of communicating with foreign customer. Good oral English is a plus.
- 英语CET4级及以上，熟练地运用书面英语与海外客人直接沟通. 能有良好口语更佳.
- Expert knowledge of product’s mechanical design.
- 熟悉产品机械设计
- Expert knowledge of metal & plastic material property and application. Good knowledge of injection and sheet metal tool.
- 精通金属、塑料材料的属性及其应用，了解注塑模和钣金模生产工艺。
- Expert knowledge of relevant standards on industrial products.
- 精通相关工业标准及工业产品
- Fluent capability of using Solidworks and AutoCAD for mechanical design
- 熟练使用SolidWorks 和 AutoCAD
