JOB SUMMARY
The China Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for improving the communication and efficiency of Zodiac’s Asia Sourcing Partners. This role will provide an interface between the regional buying teams and the Asia-based suppliers. The Analyst will review open orders, work with the local sourcing partners to ensure on time shipments, and coordinate changes or exceptions to current build plans.
The Analyst will work in Oracle, MOVEX and other systems to confirm information, PO status and to expedite where possible all elements of PO fulfillment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Partnerships – Become a key point of contact for regional supply chain personnel and supplier partners.
? Communication – Track and lead the communication between supplier partners and the regions to manage exceptions/changes to plans.
? Expedite – Work with Suppliers to expedite materials, review forecasts and POs, and to streamline the supply chain from planning to product shipment.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience working in a supply chain role in a multi-national.
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
? Comfortable communicating with many levels of organizations and leading a discussion to drive outcomes.
? Working knowledge of MS Office products
? Knowledge of Oracle and/or MOVEX a plus.
? Familiar with domestic custom clearance and international logistic is a plus.
