职位描述：
Working Location : Shenzhen
 Position: Audit Administrator
 Products: Halloween and Party Costume/accessories
 Job Responsibility
- Daily liaise with manager and team members for audit arrangement and documents preparing
- Liaise with factory and 3rd party for audit arrangement
- Follow with factory for CAP preparing and chase relate evidence if need
- Follow with factory for other documents which required by top managements
- Liaise with sister company for information exchange
- Preparing the monthly documents that required by management and issue on time
- Update factory information on client’s website or other 3rd party website (Sedex, ICTI etc.) regularly
- Other work require by management

Requirements
- Minimum 1year relevant experience in office clerk and coordination background
- General knowledge for factory audit
- Good teamwork, responsible, work independently and meet tight timelines
- Good command of written, reading and speaking English
- Good communication
