职位描述：
Technical Manager
Pac Team is an international design and production group creating and manufacturing in-store displays for various industries, including watch, jewelry and eyewear. Our products are designed and crafted with our client's brand values, history and objectives in mind.

This position is located in Hengli Dongguang(东莞横沥）

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, ambitious, detailed, accurate, careful, and determined to succeed.
Core Competencies and Main Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise
       　Expertise on furniture manufacture.
     　 Technical draughtsman in the field of furniture engineering.
       　Strong capacity to seek technical solutions and collaborate with factory to handle the most complex of technical development.
　 Experience in troubleshooting during prototyping.
　 Ability to analyse different component cost and pricing comparison.
　 Final production drawing,
　 Establish QC report.
　 Quality Control during mass production.
　 Approve the Quality Control before shipment
　 Ideally having already worked in factories.

2. Management Skills
　 Lead a team of 2 draughtsmen
　 Ability to manager clients

3. Communication Skills :
　 Intermediate English level. Possibility of English training lessons arranged by PAC Team. 举报 分享
