职位描述：

_{As Administration Manager (Overseas), you will be required to work stationed in overseas factories, which are located in South-East Asia region (i.e. Myanmar / Vietnam / Bangladash).}

_{Job Responsibilities:}

_{Work as project based to explore and develop new factory plant in overseas}
_{Provide full spectrum of administrative functions including facilities repair and maintenance, deliver services, catering and accommodation service, etc.}
_{To lead, supervise, review, recommend and implement policies & operational procedures to meet with the Company's development needs and to ensure compliance of the Corporate policies}
_{Responsible for overall factory operations and management}
_{Handle ad ho projects as assigned by immediate supervisor}

_{Job Requirements:}

_{Degree holder or above}
_{Strong solid experience in all-round factory experience in garment manufacturing environment is a MUST}
_{Minimun 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry including 3 years at managerial level}
_{Self-motiviated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure}
_{Excellence interpersonal skills and project management skills}
_{Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin}
_{Stationed in South-East Asia region (Myanman / Vietnam / Bangladash)}
