Requirement
任职要求

- Experience on hardware products, familiar with the production process such as die casting/CNC/Stamping.-MUST
-五金产品相关经验，熟悉压铸/CNC加工/冲压等五金生产流程。

- At least 5 years in quality control and quality assurance, with good knowledge in product inspection and testing with all kinds of measuring tools such as caliper, tooth gauge, CMM and so on. -MUST
-五年以上品管及质检方面经验，熟练使用各种量具，如卡尺，牙规，三次元测量等。

-Familiar with quality control plan, ISO management program and production plan.
-了解ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949系统知识，熟悉质量控制计划以及生产计划等文件编辑。

- Good knowledge of computer-aided design software PROE/AUTOCAD/SOLIDWOKS etc. Independent design skill is preferable.
-熟练运用PROE/CAD/SOLIDWOKS等专业作图软件，能独立作图者优先。

- Good command in reading and written English. (drawing/email/inspection report)-Optional
-英语读写能力强，熟练掌握基本办公软件，具有一定的文字表达能力

Job description
工作职能

- Evaluate drawing from client side together with purchasing department.
-评估可供图纸，配合采购部门进行询价。

- High alert to potential quality issue and be able to prevent it during production.
-对产品潜在质量问题有高度的警惕性，并能在生产过程中有效预防问题发生。

- Conducting testing and IN-LINE/FINAL inspection in samples and mass production, issue testing reports in time.
-负责样板以及生产过程中/出货前的检验，按时发出验货报告。

- Regularly review and handle customer complaints with QC team, conduct failure analysis and develop action plan to fix the quality issue.
-定期与QC小组一起审查和处理客户投诉，经行错误分析以及制定改进措施，解决问题和预防再发生。

- Work on 3D design according to client request – optional.
-根据客户要求设计产品3D图纸。-可选

- Build up the team work spirit with leadership achievement, and will good communication skill.
-建立团队合作精神，具备领导能力，有良好的沟通技巧。
