Job Title:Key Account Manager
Department:Sales Department, Rohlig China Ltd
Accountability:Direct line: Branch Manager of Shenzhen
Dotted line: Sales Head of respective account(s)
Job Summary:To pursue sales growth through building strong relationship with and managing Key Account Customers
Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties including, but not restricted to :
1.Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential problems and monitoring satisfaction.
2.Set-up and execute customer SOP for ensuring operating procedure to meet customer expectations.
3.Manage and monitor new program/solutions implementation.
4.Grow new business from the accounts to meet development goals.
5.Develop strategy to find and nurture qualified leads, convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
6.Responsible for securing potential key account customers (high value, with strategic growth opportunity) , and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
7.Regularly client visit validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
8.Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue.
9.Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
Skills & Educational Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; experience in European countries is advantage.
2.Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air, selling experience of value-added service 3PL solution is advantage.
3.Resourceful, strong marketing and account management skills.
4.Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
5.Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
Remunerations:We offer a competitive remuneration package for successful candidate.

2.Willing to learn, Hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
3.Legally eligible to work in PRC.
