职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

? Ensure high reliability of production lines and facility for a full time operation; monitor the daily operation of the machine to identify possible problems.确保生产线机器和公共设施的可靠性高，全职操作监控机器的日常运作，以确定可能出现的问题
? Ensure a correct repair of the machines when broken, directly or through external suppliers is necessary.确保正确的维修机器，当有任何损坏，直接处理，若有必要亦可请求外部供应商协助。
? Coordinate the external suppliers on maintenance and installation issues, involving related department when necessary, ensure the jobs are done in accordance with relevant regulations.当和外部供应商有任何的协调维护和安装的问题时，确保工作按照相关规定进行。若有需要可要求相关部门协助
? Organize and plan preventive maintenance (mechanical and electrical), identify critical machines and/or tooling and prepare specific maintenance plans.组织和计划预防性维修（机电），确定关键机器和/或工具，并准备具体的维修计划
? Keep up-date list of spare parts available (vs required) and tools, with special identification of critical spare parts and machines.保持最新的可用备件清单（VS要求的）和工具，关键零部件和机器作特殊的识别标记。
? Suggest modifications or improvements and prepare related action plan, proposal and justification for the discussion with management.和管理层讨论对维修部门建议修改或改进事项，需准备好相关的行动计划
? Coordinate and train (directly or with external support) the staff on machine and facility maintenance and safety issues.对员工作设备设施维护和安全问题上的协调与训练（可直接培训或请求外部机构支持）
? Ensure a correct training for a correct use of machines and tools.When necessary, prepare “best practice” suggestions, requirements, procedures, to be used for correct and safe operation of the machines and plant.负责机器及工具正确使用的训练。必要时，为正确和安全的操作机器和工厂编写一本“使用手册”之建议，要求及程序
? Prepare and regularly up-date statistics of failure of machines parts or tooling, in order to plan specific improvement actions.定期更新故障机器，零件或工装准备的统计数据，为规划具体的改善行动作准备。
? Monitor availability of utilities (compressed air, electric power, water, etc) and ensure the highest reliability and safety of related systems and their distribution.监控公用设施（压缩空气，电力，水等）的可用性，并确保相关的系统和其分发之最高的可靠性和安全性。
? Prepare clear and complete specification to be used by Purchasing Dept for the search of the right parts and equipment and have to offer technical support when necessary.帮采购部门准备好清晰且完整的规格去购买合适的零件和设备，并提供技术支援
? The supervisor of maintenance must be the reference person for all the responsible maintenance and installation issues in the factory, and a technical reference to support relevant department.维修主管为工厂内其负责范围内所有的维修和安装执行问题之负责人，以及为其他部门的技术参考。
? Follow others assignment by supervisor完成主管交代的工作任务
? Follow EHS regulation执行环保健康安全规定
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT


? Institute diploma or major in mechanical area, or equivalent experience, knowing electricity is preferred大专以上的文化程度，专业电气或机械，或具备类似之经验,如果有电气知识更好
? Min. 5 years working experience of maintenance, min 2-3 years at supervisor level, possibly in plants with middle level of automation.最少5年以上维修部门的工作经验，2年以上主管级别位置。有中等规模自动控制厂经验优先
? Knowledge of plastic production plants/machines.具备塑胶生产部门及机器知识
? Able to read correctly mechanical drawings.看得懂机械图。
? Good skills in mechanical maintenance.具有良好的机械维修技能
? Able to solve daily maintenance problem of the plant independently, with minimum supervision.能以最少的协助下独立解决工厂内日常维护的问题
? High sense of responsibilities and team cooperation spirit, honest.高度责任意识和团队合作精神，诚实
? Good organization and coordination ability, effective and proactive coordination with other departments.良好的组织和协调能力，有效和积极主动地与其他部门协调。
? English reading and writing ability, and familiar with office software, CAD application is preferred. Qualified supervisors with limited English skills will be also considered.英语能读写和熟悉普通办公软件应用，能用CAD制图。合资格的主管如果只有基本英语能力也将被考虑
? Good interpersonal communication.良好的人际沟通，良好的组织能力，可信赖
