职位描述：
1.负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约、接待及面试
2.员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签及管理
3.公司内部员工档案的建立及管理
4.负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息上传下达
5.负责公司各部门行政后勤类相关工作
6.负责考勤和工资绩效核算
7.负责公司一些日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作
8.负责制定、监督及执行企业管理规章制度、行政人事管理制度以及工作流程、绩效考核制度
9.负责办公室的日常用品管理工作（清点、维护、登记等）
任职要求：
具有良好的沟通能力，具有亲和力和服务意识
熟练使用办公软件
吃苦耐劳，工作认真负责
