职位描述：
Responsibilities：:
1. Electronic control and battery pack & charging circuitry design in ground up development projects (including managing suppliers’ work)
2. Evaluate the battery technologies, trend / cost study, give technical roadmap/proposal to support product roadmap, as a point of person in BISSELL in the context of battery/cordless
3. Deep understanding of electronic architecture and design, as the liaison person with design house. Robotic control knowledge and experience is preferred.
4. Evaluate and ensure the electrical and electronic system development from the supplier meets the requirements, cost and time.
5. Evaluate and provide direction on the EMC circuit design from the supplier, ensuring the development of the EMC function integrated with the entire electrical and electronic system.
6. As the technical lead, can lead the technical feasibility study based on product requirement, propose alternative solutions based on technology maturity, cost of development and production, complete system architecture design with technical resolution proposal on key features, work with project manager for product development plan and supplier risk assessment, lead the engineering team and / or suppliers to complete product development based on feature, schedule, cost.
7. Propose technical roadmap to support key technology leadership of company and can lead implementation into product
8. Good understanding of programing and software application.
9. Deeply familiar with the practical experience of various electrical and electronic reliability tests.

Qualifications:
1. Master degree in Electric engineering with least 5 year working experience, or Bachelor with 8 years working experience
2. Worked as Electric architect role for least 3 years and lead to complete whole product life cycle
3. Familiar with Electronic Systems design, Troubleshooting, Testing Design, Reliability and accelerated testing.
4. Familiar with Battery management system, Embedded Systems, Analog Design, Schematics, Printed Circuit Boards, Power Electronics. Industrial control or robotic design as a plus.
5. Experience working with design house and manufactory supplier to complete product development
6. Good communication and written in English.

Preferred:
1. Have hands on experience and track record in electronic circuit design (including programming) that fulfills the product requirement or resolves technical challenge in a project 举报 分享
