职位描述：
1、工资：
试用期：3000保底工资，只要你认真学，就算没有经验一个月也能谈成好几个单子，综合收入平均7500左右，做的好的第
一个月就赚一两万的也有，上不封顶。
转正：保底工资更高，正常情况一个人一个月2万元以上的单子可以谈成好几个，综合收入平均1万5左右，少的也有七八
千，做的最好的月入10万以上也是有的，公司给了平台，其他的就要靠自己努力了。

2、工作内容：公司主要是做收藏品拍卖这块的，就是我们提供平台，帮手头上有收藏品的客户，帮他们把收藏品进行拍卖
和出售。因为我们公司是国外好几家知名拍卖行指定的艺术品征集单位。招的销售人员（不要经验，培训一个礼拜左
右就能初步上手，前期约到客户到公司也会有老员工带着你一起谈，业绩算你的）最主要就是通过微信、电话邀约客
户，解答客户疑问并邀请来公司面谈，客户选择哪种方案就按哪种方案商谈价格并签订合同。当然客户是由公司提供的比
较高端的客户群体，无需自己出去跑客户，无需主动开发客户。

3、岗位要求：（能力第二，态度第一）18-30周岁（以身份证为准），性别不限。学历不做硬性要求，但要待人谦逊有礼
貌。有上进心，目标明确，渴望赚钱或提升自我，不混日子。

4、薪资福利：无责任保底底薪3000+提成+藏品拍卖后的佣金提成+周、月各种任性奖金
由于本行业销售所接触的销售古董价值都是几百万几千万，所以古董这一行月薪轻松过万！
有能力者一年在深圳买房创业都是可能的，只要你敢拼搏而且努力。
工作时间：9:30-18:00. 做六休一，国定节假日正常放假
