POSITION: Office Asisstant
DEPT. : Management Center
DESCRIPTION:
1. General manager and senior management assistance.
2. Admin. Support. Logistical arrangement for visitors/customers/employees, include visa application supports, hotel reservation, air ticket booking etc.
3. Support for company activity.
4. Temporary task by superior.
REQUIERMENT:
1. College of English, Management or Public Relation major.
2. New graduated or 1+years related working experience of similar position is preferred.
3. Good communication skill and courteous, good logical thinking ability, good employee relations, active working attitude.
4. Good command of writing, oral English.
5. Excellent of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
SALARY:
Payment: Basic salary 4k~5k+ insurance and housing fund
Time: Workdays, 9am- 6pm

崗位職責：
1. 負責辦公室日常工作事務打理，信息溝通傳達。日常辦公用品的採購
2. 負責訪客、來賓的登記、接待引見
3. 熟悉掌握公司概況，配合公司安排培訓和會議，做好會議記錄，和主持
4. 負責電話、郵件、信函的轉發工作，做好工作信息的記錄、整理、建檔
5. 面試的安排和計劃
6. 文件翻譯
7．公司行政和人事的基本管理工作
8. 組織公司內部活動等
崗位要求：
1. 大專以上學歷，有意向管理方向發展
2. 優良的服務意識，工作耐心，細緻，應變能力強
3. 性格開朗、形象氣質佳
4. 英語流利，聽說讀寫水平良好
薪酬福利：

The headquarter is in Italy, where the team takes care of standardized management, product design and application of new technologies, brand management, and marketing and sales for the European market. Whereas in China we have the Asia pacific market operation center, taking care of business development and the projects in this part of the world, and the R&D and production center.
